Symptomatic aneurysm

Describe the presentation of a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). (2)

A

-Severe abdominal pain (radiating to the back and/or groin)
-Haemodynamic instability (hypotension, tachycardia, pulsating and expansive mass in abdomen, collapse, loss of consciousness).
