- used to eneforce political view or moral values
It is usually imposed by goverments to prevent harm or offense

- people should be able to have their own rights
- your faith is part of who you are, you can’t hide it
- It is our right to express our religion

- It could be seen as forcing your faith on others
- religion should be kept private
- france has banned the burqa (covers hair)
