What is Wellen’s syndrome? What are the EKG changes associated with it?
It is a set of EKG changes that indicate stenosis of the left anterior descending artery which includes T-wave changes (inverted or biphasic T waves)
Does Wellen’s syndrome cause cardiac enzyme abnormalities?

What is Ludwig’s angina?
A cellulitis of the floor of the mouth (usually resulting from a dental procedure) that has the potential to lead to airway obstruction if not treated
