Q

What is the difference between eukaryotic cells and prokaryotic cells?

A

Only eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound
organelles, such as a nucleus. Prokaryotic cells
do not have organelles.

For me to remember this just think of the cells rap :3

A

Chloroplasts contain a green substance called chlorophyll.

Slime.

17
Q

What does the **chloroplast **do?

A

It uses energy from the sun to make food (photosynthesis).

NOT THE MITOCHONDRIA YOLANDA WU

18
Q

Are chloroplasts in animal cells?

A

No, only in plant cells.

Kinda obvious

19
Q

How long is an **animal cell **on average?

A

10-30 micrometres

Ain’t that long

20
Q

How long is an **plant cell **on average?

A

10-100 micrometres

You know what else is long

21
Q

What shape is an animal cell?

A

Round or irregular in shape

Like your face

22
Q

What shape is an plant cell?

A

Usually rectangular or cubic in shape
