What cells have a cell wall
Plant cells only not animal cells. Plant cells also have a membrane, Animal cells only have a cell membrane, not a cell wall. Some bacteria, fungi, and algae also have a cell wall, not all however.

What part of the cell stores water in a sac.
A vacuole! Think vac = sac, and a sac of water.
what is it called when a cell has water in it, then it gets sucked out by chemicals and the cells shrink.
A tugor. That is why when plants don’t have water in their cells, they don’t have pressure there, and then they shrink, not letting them be able to grow, then they die.
What does the cell Membrane do?
It is a protective lipid bilayer surrounding each cell,. It regulates what enters and leaves the cell.
What is cytolplasm
Cytoplasm is a substance that allows each part of the cell to float in, protecting them.
What is the Golgi Apparatus
The Golgi Apparatus is a stack of membranes that collect and modify chemical compounds. Exports compounds to different parts of the cell.
What is the mitochondrian
It is the “powerhouse” of the cell. Converts nutrients into energy that can be used by the cell. Mitochondria contain their own DNA.
What is the nuclear membrane?
The Nuclear Membrane is a DOUBLE LAYERED membrane, it surrounds and protects the nucleus of the cell. Allows molecules to move in and out of the nucleus.
Hint: Double words double layered. Double layered = shield
What is the nucleolus.
The nucleolus is found inside the nucleus, contains RNA and synthesizes ribosome. Hint: DNA
What is the Nucleus?
The nucleus contains the cell’s DNA and regulates gene expression.
What is the Ribosome?
The Ribosome is found on the rough endoplasmic reticulum. These tiny creatures scattered about the cytoplasm produce protein synthesis in the cell.
