DISA?
Defense Information Systems Agency: provides network computing infrastructure and enterprise services to support information sharing and decision making no matter where the information is located or sourced. Facilitates use of real time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance information to enable information exchange between the producer and the user.
Explain the three criteria that must be met in order to receive IP services from FLTNOCs?
Authority to Operate
Submit an IP services request message
Satellite Access Authorization
Define and state the purpose of N2N?
N2N leverages the connectivity and capabilities of the High Speed Global Ring as a transport. Access points to the HSGR terminate within each FLTNOC, allowing the ability to route Internet Protocol (IP) data to each other without having to traverse through Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) and subsequently, the destination FLTNOCs Boundary 1 (DISN facing) firewall architecture.
