Leakage Rate Test
Release trailer and tractor brakes
Put truck in gear
turn engine off
turn key in aux position
apply brake until air gauge stabilizes
Set timer for 1 minute and do not lose more than 4 PSI
Light indicator check
left signal
right signal
4-ways
low beam
high beam
Should come on and off when truck is started
Check Engine and Def

Wipers and washer fluid

left, right, 4-ways, tail lights, brake lights, and marker
Light Operation Check: Front of Trailer

Not BBC, PMS, clean, no illegal stickers
Side of Vehicle: Battery
PMS, no excessive corrosion, connections are tight and not cracked or worn, battery box and door are secure
Side of Vehicle: Fuel Tank an DEF Tank
No BBC, PMS, cap is tight, and no leaks from cap or tank
Side of Vehicle: Tractor and Trailer Frame
No BBC, everything is secured to the frames, and no broken or illegal welds
