A
Deflection of the ear outwards

What signs may indicate a parotid tumour is malignant?
A
VIIth nerve palsy Rapid growth Hard, fixed mass Pain But 80% are pleomorphic adenomas (mostly benign)

How do you treat parotid tumours?
A
Superficial parotidectomy
Radiotherapy if malignant

Mumps and HIV

Stone - pain and swelling on eating, red, tender gland
