- Upon takeoff/leaving for the call
- Prior to takeoff departing for the receiving
- If there are any logistical changes that need to be clarified/made/communicated
5. When you are clear of the call
Reichertβs β6 questions you should be figuring out during your mission planning stuff regarding transport logistics and how the patient is gonna get movedβ
for example, do i go in or do they come out with a PCP crew etc
- Do I go in? (If so, What gear do we need to take)
- Can I have the patient be brought out? (Whatβs running/How stable are they)
- What is the diagnosis?
- How are they being treated?
- How should they be being treated?
- What is the disease progression? (Are they in the resuscitation phase vs maintenance phase vs de-resuscitation phase)
discuss the appropriate times to contact PTCC during an IFT/Scene response
