- Pretty much anyone you would find at a full service ad agency, design firm, or mktg dept.
- (detailed): Creative talent for print, interactive and broadcast for art direction, design and copy. Traffic and Production Managers & Producers for print, interactive and broadcast. All levels of Acct Services for advertising agencies. Media professionals including buyers, planners, and social media specialists. Most mktg positions from Mktg coordinators to director level

What is the 6 Step Process?
A
- Team member’s background and eye they possess to spot other industry professionals
- Phone screen
- In person interview

- Reference checks: 3, 2 supervisors. up to 6

If I need a freelancer, what’s the process?
A
- First we go over all the details of your needs and candidates qualifications including: Skill-set and level of experience
- My team and I will get together and being sourcing the best candidates for you. We’ll email a short bio on each candidate with a complete resume, samples if applicable and their hourly rate.
- Then I’ll give you a call to go over each person we submit and help you decide on the strongest fit

If I need a Full time person what’s the process?
A
- First we go over all the details of the position including: Skill-set, level of experience, and salary. I’ll also ask you about your insights into the soft skills (like personality) that would fit best with your company’s culture
- My team and I will get together and being sourcing the best candidates for you. We’ll email a short bio on each candidate with a complete resume, samples if applicable and their hourly rate.
- Then I’ll give you a call to go over each person we submit and help you decide on the strongest fit
- I’ll also email you our fee agreement for your approval before we being sending candidates so you’ll know exactly how our fees and guarantees work
