I have some radiating pain from my left jaw. It hurts when I chew and open and close it. It doesn’t wake me up at night, but I’ve been taking ibuprofen for about a week now to help.
Check intraorally to see if carious lesion is the source of the discomfort, send for a Pano to see if condyles are abnormal, or if 3rds are erupting/have pericoronitis.
I chipped my back tooth about two months ago, and it is starting to hurt.
Emergency triage protocol - PA, clinical exam, ICE/Percussion.
A filling that you did fell out. I’m not shocked, just disappointed.
Refill, if amalgam, add in undercuts.
I don’t know why I’m here. I was told to come here by my physician when I told him about some swelling on my right jaw, but y’all can’t do anything about it, you’re not even real doctors.

I was drinking a beer, and my fiance’s cat smacked my cup up and it chipped my front tooth (true story - the cat was an asshole).
PA, fill.
I had some pain in my lower right a few months back, but it stopped. Now I have a bad taste every now and then, and food catches between my teeth more.
Emergency triage protocol, look for fistula, check for clinical decay.
My tooth is sensitive after the filling you did the last week.
Eh. Occlusion is king of the castle, check that then go to gluma, refill.
I have a painful growth on my gums right by my teeth. It started as a sore that grew about 2 weeks ago, and now it is really painful.
Emergency triage protocol - namely check for the 3 P’s. Path consult ftw.
I am here for a second opinion - I was told that a tooth that is not painful needs a filling. I have x-rays
Check x-rays, do dental exam.
I love Mt dew, hate the dentist, and enjoy a liquid diet. I have no reason to be here, but I don’t have teeth anymore, so I suppose I should get this looked at maybe? Chewing would be nice, but I only want to bite into apples, and only want to spend $50.
Pano, ensure no pathology or retained root tips. Denture time potentially.
