What is cognitive behavioural therapy?
Intensive and short term Therapy that changes

What is the therapy based on stopping?
Stopping maladaptive thinking patterns/ behaviours in which cause dysfunction and negative impacts on everyday living.

- MODIFY AND REPLACE clients negative thoughts and beliefs with more realistic and positive thoughts
What is the difference between a SUBJECTIVE OPINION and an OBJECTIVE OPINION? In regards to evaluation of Effectiveness within techniques being used in CBT?
