Electromagnetic or radiation capable of producing ions to cause damage or destruction

Active- divert neutralize or destroy a weapons target
Passive- measures taken to minimalize a CBRN attack

MOPP 0-all available but none worn
MOPP1-overgarment and field gear worn
MOPP2-overgarment, field gear and footwear
MOPP3-overgarment, field gear, footwear, mask with hood
MOPP4-overgarment, field gear, footwear, mask with hood and gloves
