CBD Flashcards
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol is a active cannabinoid that is present in both Hemp and Cannabis.
You’ve gotten a doubtful shopper who asks “What does CBD do and how would it be helpful for me?” What would you say?
Every person is born with an Endo cannabinoid system that helps us maintain homeostasis, meaning that all of our systems are working together properly and happily. Sometimes our body cannot maintain homeostasis on its own so when, introducing CBD into your system on a consistent basis it helps your body reset into that homeostasis where everything is balance. Let’s talk about what’s troubling you the most.
What’s the difference between broad spectrum, full spectrum, and an isolate?
Broad spectrum: When a product has CBD and other good cannabinoid‘s EXCLUDING ALL THC’S.
Full spectrum: Here in the State of texas are under the .03% Delta 9THC which follows the 2018 farm act. It has very minimal THC not enough to be psychoactive at all.
Isolate: In this case the cannabinoid CBD has been isolated by itself so the product only contains CBD
Will CBD make me fail a drug test?
With the isolate and broad spectrum products you are perfectly safe because the THC has been removed.
We cannot guarantee anything with the full spectrum products as THC stores in everyone body differently.
Will this get me high? (CBD)
No. CBD cannot make you intoxicated like it’s distant cousin THC
Can I overdose on CBD
No. You could drink the whole bottle of tincture, and the worst thing that can happen is you’ll take a great nap. Although it is not recommended.
Are there any medication interactions?
There are no known medical reactions to hemp.
How do you handle people coming in looking for a fast fix all?
