I am now going to ask you some further questions. You are not obliged to answer them, but anything you do say may be given in evidence. Do you understand?

When do you caution?
A
If you suspect a person of committing an offence, you may ask principal questions. Once you have reasonable suspicion of offence, you must issue the caution.
