What is the altar?
The altar is where Christians people get married and also it’s where we receive the body and blood of Christ.
What do the candles symbolise?
When the wax goes down, it symbolises the giving up.
What is the tabernacle?
That’s where the body of Christ is kept and that’s where we genuflect.
What is the font?
The font is where infants get baptised (Infant Baptism) and it represents the welcoming of the people in Church because it is usually placed in front if the entrance. It also symbolises re-birth.
