Continental - moderated by it’s proximity to the Atlantic and the Mediteranean. But still subject to extreme high and lows because it is on the Meseta.

Arid central plateau of Spain rimmed by mountains.

Palomino still dominates vineyards but there are good representations coming from Godello and Dona Blanca.
