A

A

Corrosin from the end of profile metal roof sheets, by where the roof sheets are cut they have not been sealed and therefore react with oxygen causing corrosion to begin.

A

A liquid applied system can be applied to the lad ends and joints which seals them.

A

A

Minore works is a skeleton form of the intermediate contract. The intermediate contract is more detailed and allows for more extensive control procedures.

A

A relevant matter is a matter for which the client is responsible that materially effects the progress of the works. A relevant event is an event that causes a delay to the completion date, which is caused by the client, or a neutral event not caused by either party.
