A

Official appointment came towards the end of January 2019. Contractor appointed end of May. Works started on site 10th June 2019. Completed 2nd August 2019.

A

MW: Simpler works with limited structural or building services. Value under £500k IFC: Works involving multiple trades. Under £1m. Structural works with minor building services. Control procedures such as Practical completion & Partial possession.

A

PD – Manages H&S in pre-construction phase = Pre-construction phase plan. CA – Impartially administers the Contract between Employer and Contractor.
