Suffered brain damage from a motor cycle accident that damaged his STM.

A
KF struggled to process verbal info but his visual memory was unaffected.
= His visual info (VSSP) is processed separately than verbal information (phonological loop).

A
Brain surgery to cure his severe epilepsy but it damaged his STM.

A
Was unable to make new memories however he still possessed a LTM as he still has memory before his surgery.
