Decreased GCS - Joanna has come in with decreased GCS upon handover from the ambulance this suggests a potential concussion or further potential brian trauma or bleed, from her brain knocking against the skull during her trauma causing the concussion evidenced by laceration on side of her head
Chest wall injury: Joanna has come with pain in the chest wall area indicating a potential rib fracture due to her fall and landing on that left side.
