Most common substance-induced mental disorders, which have a “much greater” incidence than pre-existing psychiatric problems
1) Alcohol-induced: impulse-control, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, psychosis, dementia and cognitive impairment
2) Stimulant-induced: impulse-control, sexual dysfunction, bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorder, anxiety psychosis, sleep disorder, and cognitive impairment
3) Cannabis-induced: intoxication delirium, psychotic disorder, hallucinogen persisting perception disorder, anxiety disorder, and a so-called “amotivational syndrome”.
