A game is being played in an arena with a game clock being displayed on the shot clock located above the basket as well as in another location in the arena.
What clock is the official game clock.
The game clock shall be the official visible timepiece on which the time remaining in a period shall be displayed and shall show a tenths of a second display when less than a minute remains in a period. The referee per rule 2-5.2 shall designate the official game clock. However when there is a game clock display located on the shot clock. It shall be the official game clock.

Is it permitted for the shot clock to display tenths of a second.

The only clock that is permitted to display tenths of a second is the game clock.

During the pregame inspection of the shot clock. It is determined that the shot clock cannot be reset to 20 seconds during live play as required by Rule 2-11.6.d
Officials shall assess the home team with an administrative technical foul. Opponents get two free throws and play resumes with a jump ball. Does not count towards team fouls. Shot clock will not be used. Digital timing device will be used.

The visiting team is advised its team bench is located farther from division line than the home team or on the opposite end line from the home teams bench.
The game shall be played with benches as located by home team management
The referee has no authority to move benches unless for player safety.
Rule 1-21.2
AR 9
Contesting teams have uniforms of the same color.
When possible each team shall have two uniforms. One light one dark. Light color for home teams. Dark for away. Role may be changed with mutual agreement. The team that violates this rule shall change. When there is doubt the officials will require the home team to change.
Rule 1-22.4
AR 10
Team A is wearing a patch that is not a national flag, an institutional or conference logo mascot or a commemorative memorial patch. The patch is located in the area between the base of the front neckline and the shoulder seem of the jersey. Is this legal.
NO
Only a national flag, an institutional or conference official logo or mascot and or a commemorative memorial patch meeting all other rule requirements shall be located in this area. When a national flag is used it can only be located in this area on the left side of the game jersey.
Rules 1-22.7.c and .d
AR 11
An official tells A1 to tuck in their game jersey and then issues a warning to the coach of Team A. Later in the game A2 is fouled. Before giving A2 disposal of the ball for the FT, the official notices that A2 game jersey is untucked.
A2 shall be permitted to attempt the free throws. When the FT are successful they shall be instructed to leave the game. When FT are not successful and they do not rectify the jersey violation before the next dead ball they will be instructed to leave the game.

AR 12
Team A is wearing white uniforms as defined by the color of the jersey’s neutral zone. A1 and A2 are wearing white undershirts with black stitching which is clearly visible
Rule 1-23.1 states that any undershirt worn be a color similar to that of the game jersey as defined by the neutral zone. As color is in the singular, the intent of the rule is that there may be no additional colors on the undershirt.
AR 13
May a player remain in the game when they are wearing an illegal undershirt or undergarment.
NO
Similar to the rule regarding jewelry, illegal undershirts or undergarments shall not be worn. A long sleeved undershirt that is not a compression tight fitting shirt is considered to be an illegal undershirt. The player shall leave the game and remove the illegal apparel, however no technical foul shall be assessed.
Rules 1-23.1 and .2
AR 14
A1 is wearing tights that extend below the game shorts. The left leg is longer than the right leg.
ILLEGAL
Similar to an undershirt both legs must be the same length. A1 may not participate until they are properly attired.

AR 15
What constitutes a color contained in the game jersey.
A color which is contained in the fabric which comprises the team’s game jersey (neutral zone and areas outside the neutral zone such as side panels and trim) would be permissible color for any head/wrist bands, arm sleeves, knee leg sleeves, and or tights. Colors contained in any logo, number or name may not be used for this purpose.

Substitute A6 attempts to enter the playing court with a headband or wristband that is not any color contained in the game jersey. Black white or beige.
Substitute A6 shall not be permitted to enter the game before either wearing the appropriate headband or wristband or removing the illegal ones.
