Why couldn’t the accused attend the Fusion party?
Their family had arranged the night at The Groove Jazz Bar.
Was the accused drunk?
When we arrived at Groove Jazz, yes.
What was the diversion used to attend Fusion?
Since the accused was drunk I offered to take him back to mine.
Were there any signs saying “No Under 21”?
No, I had been before as well and got in easily.
What did the bouncer tell the accused when in the queue?
To remove their 18 today badge.

No
Was the accused insulting the bouncer?
No, they were only calling them names, nothing hurtful.
Did the bouncers let any other under 21’s in?
Yes, some girls from school in the year below us.
Did you want to leave?
Yes, I told Cameron to just leave it and that we should just go back to The Groove jazz bar.
