What did the RDLF do?
Gave help to farmers via low-interest loans to rural communities
What did the low-interest loans help farmers to do?
To provide electrification, clinics, farm equipment for communal use
What was the problem with the RDLF?
Only helped the working poor only in areas that received grants from the fund
