What are the four pieces of info that must be permanently marked on an identification plate?

If an aircraft is modified according to a supplemental type certificate that changes the aircraft model designation, what must be fone to the aircraft identification plate?
-Add an additional identification plate

Can you remove the identification plate from a damaged fuselage and install it on a serviceable fuselage?
Normally no, but applying for special authorization to Minister can result an exemption.
Can you remove an identification plate to paint the aircraft?
Yes.
You may without authorization, remove the identification plate for the purpose of performing work on aircraft.
What do you do if an identification plate becomes detached and lost mid flight?
Submit an application to Minister, with evidence of aircraft identification, for authorization to attach a replacement.
What info is required on identification plate for Aircraft propeller and engine?
Propeller:
name of manufacturer,
model designation, type certificate number, product serial number
Engine:
name of manufacturer, model designation, type certificate number, product serial number *power rating for engine by manufacturer
How is the requirement for identification for an aircraft part or appliance affected when there is not space available for the identification information?
Information can be placed on parts container or authorized release certificate
Application to the minister must be made to remove an identification plate from an appliance or are there exceptions to this regulation?
Exceptions are only for removal of plates for purpose of performing work.
Where can you find a description of where the registration markings are supposed to be located on a helicopter?
