How do they celebrate Carnival?
with big parades and fancy costumes and great music (think about the movie Rio)
What is Souse and who eats it?
a dish made of pig ear, tail, shoulder. (Lucky would LOVE IT) it is eaten by the people in Barbados.
Why did the Slaves create Souse?
because the land owners would get the best part of the pig and the slaves would get the scraps.
