A person under the age of 14 years old

A person over the age of 14 years but under 18 years old

- Well being of the child or young person

Enter and search without warrant by force where necessary if you have RGTB that a child is in danger

Report must be given to Commissioner for Children and completed by Oranga Tamariki Ministry for Children covering the reasons for:
- Taking action
- Evidence on which those reasons were based
- Solution that was reached
