2. MSM who has had anal sex without a condom or been dx with an STD in the past 6 months OR
3. heterosexual persons who does not regularly use condoms during sex with partners at risk of HIV infection (e.g., people who inject drugs or MSM).
4. IVDU

• annual HIV, syphillis, GC/CT

- (q6mo if high risk)

Question 3

Vaccines for MSM

Answer 3

• HPV (up to age 26)
• assess immunity for Hep A/B & immunize if not immune
• meningococcal vaccine

Anal pap Rx
