This is where I check it, this is where I fill it with the engine off, using the manufacturer’s specifications located on the frame. The engine has no major leaks and it is free of debris.

Not cracked bent or broken. No loose or missing nuts or bolts. Secured to the truck and not leaking. Air compressor is gear driven.

Air Compressor Hoses

No abrasions, bubbles or cuts. The fittings are tight and not leaking.

Power Steering Pump:

Not cracked bent or broken. No loose or missing or nuts or bolts. Secured to the truck and not leaking. Power steering pump is gear driven.

Power Steering Hoses:

Not cracked bent or broken. No loose or missing nuts or bolts. Secured to the truck and not leaking. This is where I check the level and fill it.

bolts. U-Joints are properly lubed, free of debris and have no signs of excessive wear.

Steering Gear Box:

Not cracked bent or broken. No loose or missing nuts or bolts. Secured to the truck and not leaking.

Pitman Arm

Not cracked bent or broken. No loose or missing nuts or bolts. All castle nuts are tight and cotter keys are present and everything is well lubed.
