It moves blood around the body, it is also known as the Circulatory system

Blood vessels, the heart and blood.
What does the respiratory system do?
It moves air into and out of the body.
What is the respiratory made up of?
The lungs and the airways.
What does the cardiovascular and respiratory system come together to make?
The cardiorespiratory system
What are the 2 types of fitness?
Physical fitness and skill-related fitness
What does the cardiorespiratory system allow us to do?
Breathe in air through the lungs so that oxygen and nutrients are transported around the body in the blood which our cells use respire to make energy, and it also allows us to remove waste products such as CO2
