Confirm Dx + underlying aetiology
- LVEF
- Ischaemic: ECG, TTE (RWMA)
- Valvular Heart Disease: TTE - lesion & severity
- Arrythmia: ECG - AF
- Dilated CM: idiopathic, alcohol, drug induced
- Cor-pulmonale: TTE for RVSP
