What’s ivabridine used for and it’s mechanism of action?
Symptomatic relief of angina (in patients with HR > 70. And chronic heart failure in addiction to standard therapy.

Delays decreased spontaneous actively of the heart and slows it down.

Commonest - luminous phenomenon (bright spots in their vision)
