Wide pulse difference between systolic and diastolic would suggest?
Aortic regurgitation

What might a malar flush suggest?
Mitral stenosis
Where else can you find oedema besides the legs?
Sacrum
How would you conclude the cardiac examination?
To conclude my examination, I would also like to:
- Check BP on both UPPER arms
palpate the femoral artery to - Check for radio-femoral delay
- Hepatojugular REFLUX
- Abdominal examination
- Examine the legs
- Offer to measure JVP using ruler
How would you explain a cardio exam?
I’m just going to have a look and feel of your hands, arms, neck and face, and a look and listen of your chest to see how your heart is working
