- fluid restriction <1.5 L
- Na <2g
- in/outs, daily weights
pharm:
- LMNOP (lasix, morphine, nitro, O2, position)

Long term:
- HFrEF:
- ARNI or ACEi
- Beta- blockers
-MRA (spironolactone)
- SGLT-2 inhibitors
