Components of a sinus arrhythmia
A
Normal sinus P waves and PR intervals
1:1 atrioventricular conduction
Variation of at least 120milliseconds (3 sml boxes) between the shortest P-P interval and the longest P-P interval
*Occasional junctional escape beats may occur between very long P-P intervals, and requires no treatment
