A,b ( o2 100% 10-15 L ), c chest compressions + 2 wide bore cannula 16 gauge IV Fluids be cautious with causes
Abdominal u/s to check for haemorrhage
Manual correction of the uterus
10 breath per min and compression 100-120/Min compress 30:2
Hemorrhage Is the most common cause of maternal collapse
COR 15-30 degree on firm surface or manual replacement ( speak in detail)
Dose of adrenaline 0.5 ml of 1:100 IM or 0.5 ml (1:10000 solution)
Reversible cause of shock
4 t 4 h
Shockable VF , plus less VT
Inform MBRRACE and crooner
