  1. Epi
    - alpha properties
    - vasoconstriction
    - increase svr/ increase bp
    - increase co, Hr ,
    - bronchodilator
    - no maximum dose
  2. Amiodarone
    - works on Na and K channels
    - alpha and beta properties
    - hypotension common
    - take BP before given
  3. Lidocaine
    - alternative to amiodarone
    - suppresses ventricular ectopy
    - max dose is 3mg
  4. Procainamide
    - iv or po
    - 20 min loading dose
    - widen QRS
    - can make vtach worse
