A

thyroid disease
sinus bradycardia
elongated QTc -> TdP

A

increases level sof- digoxin, warfarin, phenytoin

increaes risk of vent arrythmias with TCAS, antypsychotics, erythromycin

A

toxicity:

  • any arrhytmia- SVT with AV block
  • nausea
  • xanthopsia
  • confusion
  • hyperkalaemia

chronic - gynaecomastia
