Vasopressin
Given w/ norepinephrine Not usually titrated Caution in CAD Use: shock Infuse at low dose 0.03 units/min
Norepinephrine

Vasoconstriction, increased SBP, increased PVR
Epinephrine
Action: stimulates alpha (high doses) and beta (low doses)
Relaxes smooth muscle
Use: post open heart, anaphylaxis (epipen), IV vasopressin in shock
*ACLS: 1st drug in cardiac arrest 1mg IVP
