Customer wants receipt
Go to start at the top left - reservations - electronic journal - then select the car park barrier they are at and then click last hour or the dates of the receipt wanted and search, the most recent receipt is at the bottom of the scrollable list not the top!
Hold ctrl and click each line then click control c and then paste into an email
I have a blue badge at ss1
Exception transaction reduce fee to 0 if they’ve only been there 30 mins, first ask them to hold the badge up to the screen or ask for the badge number

Does it say 3c payment on there? If so put out of order then back in order then exception transaction lost token and input 5 pounds - then put in description timed out 3c payment and ask them to retry

Means they’ve probably tried to put their card in the bank note machine get engineer s&b to have a look at the machine during shift hours
