  • Chemotherapeutic treatment if resection is not fully possible or metastases
  • Cisplatin with Paclitaxel/Docetaxel or Irnotecany/topotecan then premetrexed maintenance with Leucorvorin to minimize neurologic symptoms (hand/stocking)
