Unintentional fat and muscle loss, not always reversed by increasing calorie intake.
What is the relevance of cachexia in cancer?
80% of advanced cancer sufferers will experience cachexia, it can reduce the ability to endure cancer treatments, make patients feel easily fatigued and can worry family members.
