Some jobs they do include giving rewards, organizing party’s, and talking for the queen.

House of Commons is
The group of all members of parliament
This includes the PM, and the cabinet
No law can become a law without the house’s approval
No $ can be spent without the house’s approval
Senate
105 people appointed by the Governor General on recommendation of the prime minister.
To become apart of the senate you must:
You have to be atleast 30 and can hold until the age 75
Must be Canadian
And be rewarded for service to the community
Legislative branch
The legislative branch consists of the HC, S, GG and its primary function is is to change and fix laws
Consists of the House of Commons, the senate, and the Governor General
The primary function of the legislative branch is to change laws, and also determine how the government will spend money
Executive branch
The executive branch carries out decisions made by the government (public service)

Cabinet
Made up of about 30 members of parliament on the governments side
Are selected by the PM from the MP from the party winning the election
Each province must be represented by at least 1 minister
Responsible for initiating new laws
Prime ministers duties include:
Act as the voice of the nation by speaking at international meetings

Recommend people for jobs in the government

Showing full support to the PM and cabinet decisions

support their party while keeping in mind the wishes of the public
