what is a pressure group campaign?
-organisations that campaign changes in laws or new policies to be established to approach areas such as crimes

-1997 anti-harassment law didn’t refer to stalking
-120,000 victims a year
-pas set parlimentary inquiry which took several months hearing evidence from victims etc
-2012 protection of freedoms act making stalking a criminal offense by david cameron
