- This email will send 1-2 days after a user signs up, depending on their predicted best engagement window.

Cart Abandon
A
- This email will trigger within a day after a user has added a product to their cart, based on the user’s best time of day prediction. The fastest a user may get a cart abandon email is 3 hours.
- You can toggle this stage to send ASAP (usually within 30-90 mins, for every user) in your Cortex settings.
- This stage will continue to try sending over a 2 week window, based on each user’s predicted best frequency.
- This email will NOT send if a user purchases from their cart, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

Browse Abandon
A
- This email will trigger within 24-48 hours after a user has viewed a product, based on the user’s best time of day prediction. The fastest a user may get a browse abandon email is 24 hours.
- This stage will continue to try sending over a 2 week window, based on each user’s predicted best frequency.
- This email will NOT send if a user makes a purchase, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

- This email will trigger within 24-48 hours after a user has searched for something, based on the user’s best time of day prediction. The fastest a user may get a search abandon email is 24 hours.

- This email will trigger 3 days after a user has made a purchase, at the user’s predicted best time of day.
- You can toggle the number of days this email will send after a purchase under your Cortex settings.

Price Drop
A
- This email will trigger within 24 hours after a product has dropped in price, at the user’s predicted best time of day.
- This email will NOT send to any users who do not have strong interest in the price dropped product, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

- This email will trigger within 24 hours after a new product has been introduced, at the user’s predicted best time of day.
- This email will NOT send to any users who do not have strong interest in the new product, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

A
- This email will trigger within 24 hours after a product’s inventory count increases from 0 to 1+, at the user’s predicted best time of day.
- This email will NOT send to any users who do not have strong interest in the “back in stock” product, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

- This email will trigger within 1-3 days of a product’s “replenishment” window. For instance, if Cortex predicts a pint of ice cream will be finished in 2 weeks, the email may send in 9-12 days.
- This email will NOT send to any users who buy that product again during the replenishment window, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

Ready to Buy

- This email will send to users persistently at their best predicted interval. For example, if we predict the best frequency to reach a user is 5 days, they may get this stage every 5 days
- This email will NOT send to any users who are not predicted to be Ready to Buy, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

Birthday
A
- Sends once a year to each user on their birthday, at their predicted best time of day.
- This email will NOT send to any users who do not have a birthday in your system, or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.

Anniversary
A
- Sends once a year to each user on the anniversary of their join date, at their predicted best time of day.
- This email will NOT send to any users who do not have a join date in your system (very rare), or if Cortex decides a different stage may convert better.
