Tightly closed hands & clenched jaws, EYES OPEN (similar to Excess syncope pattern)

DU-20, DU-26 (also in syncope & sunstroke)
+ ST-40, LiV-3, KD-1, jingwells

+ ST-6/7, LI-4 (if clenched jaw)
+ DU-15, REN-23, HT-5 (if Aphasia & stiffness of tongue)

A

Mouth agape, feeble breathing, spontaneous sweat, pallor, cold limbs
Scyncope = sudden fainting
Eyes not mentioned in syncope synd but they are in WINDSTROKE
