911 HANG UP
Informant disconnected during the transfer or conversation. For open lines, activate the TTY and send the response using any available information provided by the informant or PSAP. Attempt to contact the informant or PSAP to verify response. Change the call type and/or location once additional information is received and include relevant details.

Watercraft fire on the water. Specify lake or ocean. Indicate in text.
BOMB
Bomb Threat
Bomb threat or visible device. Obtain staging location or command post from PSAP. Page jurisdictional BC.

BRUSH
Brush Fire
Brush fire as reported in designated brush areas. Verify with SFD if necessary.

Burns
Thermal, electrical, chemical or radiation burns of varying degrees.

Brush fire as reported on Catalina Island.
Verify with SFD if necessary. US Navy responds with hovercraft to transport apparatus and personnel.

Partial or complete paralysis, facial drooping, difficulty speaking, loss of motor control or altered level of consciousness with a history of stroke or hypertension.

Difficulty Breathing
Shortness of breath, asthma, emphysema, COPD or hypertension.

Train derailment as reported.

History of diabetes with a high or low blood sugar, altered level of consciousness, abnormal behavior or sweet, fruity odor on breath.

Person down with no further conditions or circumstances. Medical rescue with a reporting party not with the patient or unable to provide further details. Indicate in text.
EMST
Medical Rescue Translator Call
Medical rescue that takes longer than 15 seconds to connect to a translator. Send the call using available landline ALI or zooming in on wireless Phase 2 data. Use the correct call type when the nature of the medical response is known. Change the call type once more accurate information is obtained.
