Shows that the research found is consistent therefor it is reliable
If the research is reliable it would be able to be repeated under similar conditions with similar subjects of similar environments allowing the researcher to obtain similar results

A
Validity refers to the accuracy of measurement
If the research is valid , it will accurately reflect what is intended to measure.
