When do we Tender?
After we gather and before we send customer to hand-off plane
What do you do to finish the customer standing at POS?
Inform the guest where it’s order can be picked up and what to expect.

POS Barista or another barista

Grab, Mark, Place

Prepare, Pour, Finish
